"EMI accomplished a difficult work for my property. We had a heavy leak difficult to identify which required a couple of investigations. He finally gave me the price figure and estimated time to do the work and he managed to do it in a successful way all the way through. He changed all electric work under the stairs, completely replaced new joists, plywood and engineering floor on top.
